Privacy Policy

Information we collect

Account information: your email address, username, optional name and profile photo, an encrypted (hashed) password, and two-factor authentication settings.

Subscription information: your plan, billing history and the status of your subscription. Card details are entered on and stored by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Content you create: watchlists, chart layouts, drawings, alerts, scripts and indicators you save to your account.

Usage and device information: IP address, browser and device type, sign-in times, pages visited and actions taken, used for security and to improve the Service.

Referral information: if you arrive through a partner link or promo code, we record the referral so the partner can be credited.

How we use information

We use your information to provide and secure the Service, verify your email, process payments, send service and security messages, run the partner program, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and understand how the Service is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Cookies and local storage

We use browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your language, theme and chart settings. We measure site traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies to track you across sites. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect sign-up and password reset from bots.

Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run the Service, under agreements that limit their use of it: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting, security and analytics), Resend and Brevo (email delivery), Google Cloud (encryption key management for protected indicators), and our server hosting providers.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our users or TickSig, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Where data is stored

Our primary servers are in the United States, with backup and failover servers in Germany. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be processed in these countries.

Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except records we must keep for tax, accounting, fraud prevention or legal reasons.

Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit, hashed passwords, optional two-factor authentication, access controls and encrypted storage of protected indicator source code. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, download or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update most account details in your settings. To make any other request, email us and we will respond within the time required by law.

Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the Service before it takes effect.
