Not investment advice

TickSig provides charting tools, technical indicators and market data for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or other instrument.

Signals, indicators, backtests and alerts are mechanical calculations on historical or delayed data. They can be wrong, late or incomplete. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

Market data

Market data may be delayed, interrupted or inaccurate, and some data comes from third-party providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any data. Data is provided for your personal use and may not be redistributed or resold.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. One person may not create multiple accounts to avoid limits or obtain repeated trials or discounts.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Promotional prices and promo codes apply only as described when you use them. Unless required by law or stated at purchase, payments are non-refundable, although we may issue full or partial refunds at our discretion.

We may change plan features or prices. Price changes apply from your next renewal, and we will give you notice before they take effect.

Scripts and indicators

You keep ownership of the scripts and indicators you write. You grant us a limited license to store, compile and run them so that we can provide the Service to you, and to display them to others if you choose to publish or share them.

Platform indicators and their source code belong to TickSig or its licensors. Some are encrypted. You may not copy, extract, decompile, reverse engineer or redistribute them, or attempt to bypass source protection or plan limits.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape or bulk-download data or content; resell or share access to your account; interfere with or overload the Service; probe or breach its security; use it for unlawful activity or market manipulation; or upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others.

Partner program

If you join the TickSig partner program, commissions are earned only on eligible paid referrals, are subject to a holding period, and may be reversed for refunds, chargebacks, self-referrals or abuse. We may change or end the program with notice.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or fail to pay. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TickSig will not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
